Job Summary Design and implement software applications, including system architecture and user interface, to meet project specifications. Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence among team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product management, design, and quality assurance to define and refine project requirements throughout the software development lifecycle. Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of developed software through comprehensive testing, optimization, and adherence to best practices. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to maintain and improve the reliability and usability of deployed software systems. Generate detailed reports and correspondence that comprehensively outline project specifications, document project activities, and provide updates on current project status.
