As a Personal Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our executives operate at their highest effectiveness. You will act as a trusted partner who manages priorities, protects time, and ensures seamless coordination across professional and personal responsibilities.
This role is more than managing schedules, it’s about being a proactive partner to the executive team. You’ll need high ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Your work will ensure leaders stay organized, focused, and able to dedicate their time to the decisions that matter most.

What you'll own
- Executive Calendar & Priority Management: Own and manage the executive’s calendar, ensuring priorities are clearly structured and scheduling conflicts are minimized. Anticipate time needs, proactively reorganize schedules, and ensure executives can focus on high-impact activities.
- Meeting & Communication Coordination: Prepare and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, document organization, meeting logistics, and follow-ups. Act as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely responses.
- Travel & Logistics Management: Plan and manage business travel arrangements including itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and visa coordination. Ensure smooth execution of travel plans and anticipate potential disruptions.
- Personal, Family & Household Management: Provide end-to-end support in managing the executive’s personal life and household operations, including family schedules, health appointments, personal travel, social engagements, and important personal commitments. Coordinate household-related matters such as vendors, maintenance, bill reminders, errands, reservations, and day-to-day administrative support to ensure seamless personal and family operations
- Operational Efficiency & Systems Support: Leverage digital tools and systems to streamline workflows, manage documents, and improve coordination. Identify opportunities to improve processes and help maintain operational efficiency.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion, maintaining strict confidentiality across both professional and personal matters.

You’re a Fit If You
- You have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting senior leaders or C-level executives.
- You demonstrate strong ownership, proactively identifying what needs to be done without waiting for instructions.
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage complex schedules and shifting priorities.
- You are tech-savvy, comfortable using productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, calendar management tools, and collaboration platforms.
- You are agile and adaptable, able to operate effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- You have excellent communication skills and can interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- You maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive matters.
