We are seeking a professional experienced in Logistics/Inventory to join the team. This position will be based in Surabaya.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

Analyze Repair Demand Trends and continuously assess historical and forecasted repair volumes to identify demand fluctuations and prioritize parts acquisition planning.
Initiate Internal Part Requests to Warehouse. Generate timely and accurate internal orders based on repair schedules, ensuring the warehouse is equipped to meet repair center needs.
Coordinate with Global Logistics to expedite parts. Liaise with the Global Logistics organization to monitor shipments, expedite delivery of critical components, and resolve any delays proactively.
Ensure on-time parts availability for repair operations track part availability against repair timelines, flag potential risks, and implement contingency actions to maintain service levels and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally to minimize backlog. Partners with Planning, Procurement, and Repair Operations teams to align on priorities, optimize inventory flow, and reduce backlog impact on delivery performance.
Repair service planning and work order management, working closely with the production, quality, parts/logistics teams and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
Conduct data analysis, service demand forecasting and budgeting
Monitor SAP material movement transactions with planners to maintain inventory accuracy.
Support inventory integrity through stock takes and inventory verification activities
Monitor purchase order transactions related to service contracts
Prepare expenditure reports and support billing documentation and invoicing

WHO YOU ARE:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as drawing, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
