You are the CEO's force multiplier — the single point of leverage that turns 24 hours into the equivalent of 40. You protect their time, their focus, and their reputation as if they were your own.
This is the right hand to the principal, spanning both the business and the life behind it. It is built for someone who is energized by operating at the center of high-stakes decisions and being trusted with everything.
Who you'd be working for
You'll be the right hand to the CEO of JJ Group, Indonesia's leading integrated advertising and brand-building groups. Since 1992, JJ Group has turned more than 100 of the country's biggest names into icons across television, out-of-home, digital, branding, and activation, operating from seven offices with hundreds of people behind the work.
Now we're building the next chapter: a data-driven, AI-powered, digital-first future for how brands get built across this region. The agency that has defined Indonesian advertising for three decades intends to define what comes after it too, and the next few years are the ones that decide it.
That's why this position matters. The person who holds it isn't managing a calendar; they're freeing the CEO to spend every hour on the decisions that move JJ Group forward. It's a long-term home with rare proximity to how that future actually gets built.
What you'll own
Executive
- Calendar & gatekeeping. Own a complex, fast-moving calendar across multiple time zones. Decide what gets the CEO's time and what doesn't. Resolve conflicts before they surface.
- Inbox & communications. Triage, draft, and respond in the CEO's voice. Surface the 5% that matters; handle the 95% that doesn't.
- Meeting leverage. Prepare briefing docs, agendas, and pre-reads so the CEO walks into every room fully armed. Capture decisions and drive follow-ups to closure.
- Travel. Architect seamless domestic and international travel — private and commercial aviation, ground, lodging, visas, contingencies. Itineraries with no gaps and no surprises.
- Stakeholder management. Be the trusted interface with the board, investors, executives, partners, and external VIPs. Represent the CEO's standards in every interaction.
- Projects & special initiatives. Run projects end to end — from one-off problems to recurring operational systems — without needing them spelled out.
Personal & lifestyle
- Household & family logistics. Coordinate staff, vendors, property, and family schedules. Keep the personal side running as flawlessly as the professional side.
- Personal calendar & commitments. Health, fitness, family, and social obligations — managed with the same rigor as board meetings.
- Errands & lifestyle management. Reservations, gifting, purchases, memberships, events. Anticipate needs before they're voiced.
- Confidential personal matters. Handle sensitive financial, legal, and personal affairs with total discretion, in coordination with the relevant professionals.

- Composed under fire. Calm, fast, and resourceful when plans change mid-flight or something breaks late at night.
- Tech-fluent. Master of modern productivity, scheduling, and communication tools; quick to adopt new systems and AI tooling to extend your own leverage.
